Improve balance, range of motion, strength, focus, and flexibility with our unique approach to yoga and movement. This is not your typical slow paced stretching class. This workshop will give you the tools to work on your body’s health and ability to move. Each segment of the class is focused on a different area of the body that is typically stiff or weak. The result is pain relief, improved athletic performance, and improved muscle recovery. Victoria is a former amatuer muay Thai fighter with 13 years of training to help inform how she selects the movements for this class. She only teaches is once or twice a year so be sure to sign up before it sells out!
