The whole reason Victoria Arvizu started yoga over 17 years ago was to learn how to do a split. After living in the cycle of injuring and re-injuring her hamstrings through her traditional yoga practice, she decided to develop a method that improves flexibility, strength and stability. This workshop will give you a foundation to build your split practice in a way that is sustainable. Open to all levels of practice.
