Communication 101: Learn how to incorporate mindfulness into your every day communication. We'll learn how we can listen to others and to ourselves. You will be provided self-reflection practices. Language separates humans from the rest of any living creatures. Through language we shape our world and our experience. In this workshop we will discuss the mindful way to experience our lives through language in our thought patterns and speech. We will also learn about the energetic aspect of words, focusing on the throat chakra (energy center).
